Charming this Change

There is charm in this change:
In the unfolding of each day's newness.
Even when the petals drop and leaves droop
I fancy them disrobing.

Like speaking to spectators and
Picturing them in their underwear,
Instantly a grin grows
And nothing is alarming.

Only, charming.

  2. Aww, thanks! Yes, I wrote it. Everything here is written by me unless I note a source (as with the Robert Frost poem I posted today).
