Fear on the Fringe

If you look in the bottom left corner of the first photo above, you will notice a bumble bee. Isn't he cute? To appreciate the title of this post you must first understand that I was about 8 inches away from the flower when I snapped that shot and have never been stung in all of my 27 years of life. My heart skipped a beat and remembering that bees are territorial, I promptly scurried accross the street to another bunch of blooming yellow daffies. Bee free as they be. All eyes on me as I stop traffic to flee the be. He was probably just friendly and I made him frown treating him like a leper. Ah well, I took my chances for a split second, didn't I?

  1. You take such pretty pictures! I think that the large bees are less likely to sting...

  2. Thank you for visiting my *Simple*Joys* blog! I am happy I was able to help you find places to buy modest skirts. =) It has always been so hard for me.

    God Bless!

  3. Thank you Beth!

I hope you enjoyed the blog, AJ. :)

  4. Amazing pictures. I understand how you feel about bees, I am afraid of them as well!
